A Warm Welcome and Stunning Decor

The night began with a warm welcome for every guest with a glass of Prosecco as they walked into a stunningly decorated space at CJ’s Off The Square in historic Franklin. Local florist Marc from Fiorella created breathtaking floral arrangements that set the tone for the evening. An Indulgence for the Senses

As an exclusive wine event for Nashville wedding vendors, this was a night curated to impress! Live music by two professional guitarists filled the pavilion, offering guests a delightful mix of old-school jazz and 1900s Big Band classics. This premium event indulged every sense, from sight to sound, taste to touch, and scent to the overall energy. The pavilion was a hub of activity, with the guitar players, head table setup, LED wall, escort wall, cocktail tables, and bar providing a welcoming space for guests to mingle and enjoy the ambiance.

One of the standout features of the event was the custom seating assignment canvases created by Claire from White Ink Calligraphy. These unique abstract art pieces complemented the art gallery escort wall and were wildly popular, with many guests wanting to take them home as souvenirs.

Overcoming Challenges with Grace

Despite a major accident on Hwy 65 southbound causing significant delays for many guests traveling from Nashville to Franklin, Joanna Lewis showcased her remarkable ability to pivot and think on her feet, ensuring that the event ran smoothly. The event went so well that guests stayed an hour past the scheduled end time, thoroughly enjoying the beautiful spring night.

Wine Tasting Delight

Of course, we can’t end this post without calling attention to the star of the show: the wine! Central to the evening was the wine-tasting experience led by sommelier Kera, who is also a talented wedding photographer. Kera guided guests through Italian wine pairings, presenting three wines accompanied by three different appetizers from Dream Events and Catering. Each table featured a charcuterie cup in a coupe glass, adding an elegant touch to the dining experience.
