Do you plan weddings outside Nashville?

Yes. While Nashville is home, we plan weddings across the United States, in Italy, and abroad. Our process is built for planning from anywhere, and many of our couples live out of state.

We do not live in Tennessee. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Most of our couples plan from another city. Planning happens over scheduled calls and a shared planning portal that keeps every decision, vendor, and timeline in one place, with in person time reserved for the moments that need it: venue visits, tastings, and of course the wedding itself.

What does the Signature Planning Experience include?

Everything from first decision to last dance: full planning, design, vendor selection and management, and wedding day production. One studio holds it all together so nothing falls to you.


When should we inquire?

Most of our couples book 12 to 18 months before their wedding, and we are currently booking 2027 and 2028. If your date is closer, inquire anyway. If we have room on the calendar, we will tell you.

Do you offer partial planning or coordination?

Our focus is the Signature Planning Experience. We take a small number of other engagements each year, so inquire and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
